Love

Image
"Maybe you don’t end up with the person your heart chooses. Maybe that’s not how life works. Maybe you don’t get what you want. Maybe you end up finding what you need, and maybe the Universe knows what you need more than you do. Maybe love changes. Maybe it goes from “I’ll wait up and call you after work,” to “I’m going to sleep, I’m tired.” Maybe it goes from “You have nothing to worry about,” to “I really wish you didn’t overthink so much.” Maybe it goes from “I choose you,” to “I have to choose myself right now.” Maybe love isn’t one of those things that grows with certain people. Maybe you become too big for it. Maybe it becomes too uncomfortable, too small for who you change into. Maybe it’s like that sweater you always loved growing up, or your childhood bed. You learn to appreciate it for what it was, but you come to terms with the fact that you have outgrown it. You learn to let it go. And maybe letting go of love isn’t some loud celebration at the end of a dark tunnel...

Sendai Festival

Image
The Sendai Tanabata Festival is the most famous in Japan. Tanabata has been celebrated in the region since the time of Date Masamune (1567–1636) who was the first warlord in the Sendai area. The festival began shortly after the city was founded in the early Edo Period. The Tanabata festival gradually developed and became larger over the years. Although the festival's popularity started to dwindle after the Meiji Restoration, and almost disappeared during the economic depression that occurred after World War I, volunteers in Sendai revived the festival in 1928 and established the tradition of holding the festival from 6 to 8 August.  During World War II it was impossible to hold the festival, and almost no decorations were seen in the city from 1943 to 1945, but after the war, the first major Tanabata festival in Sendai was held in 1946, and featured 52 decorations. In 1947, the Showa Emperor Hirohito visited Sendai and was greeted by 5,000 Tanabata decorations. The festival subsequ...

Gleaming beach

Image
Located on the island of Vadhoo in the Maldives, this beach glows blue at night. This is also known as the Sea of stars. Everywhere this beach touches, it glows like stars. Thus there is some scientific reason for the change in the color of this seawater. That is because it is home to a large number of marine microorganisms called phytoplankton. These microbes emit a blue light for their protection. It's like the fireflies. So it is because of that light that we see this sea shining. At night, the sea is like paradise. In the past, this was not so popular. But today many tourists come to this island to see it. The sea is brighter in summer. So if you want to watch this too, go in that time. This is one of my favorite places to go. I'll be here someday.

The basic tool of dance is the body. So keeping the body properly and beautifully is essential for a dancer. Therefore, the body needs to be prepared for the dance through exercise. Exercising regularly increases the body's muscular endurance and allows it to dance for longer periods of time without getting tired. Exercise also helps you to have a beautiful body. Body flexibility, endurance, etc. are very important for a dancer. We can improve all of this through exercise. But going to the gym without proper understanding can cause harm to the body. Therefore, a dancer must have a broad understanding of exercise. Ex: • Start the dance after warming up. • Increase the number of times a day you do not do the same exercise over and over again. • Continue training without stopping once you get to where you want to be. • Warm down exercise after exercise.
