The Importance of Exercise to Dance
The basic tool of dance is the body. So keeping the body properly and beautifully is essential for a dancer. Therefore, the body needs to be prepared for the dance through exercise. Exercising regularly increases the body's muscular endurance and allows it to dance for longer periods of time without getting tired. Exercise also helps you to have a beautiful body.
Body flexibility, endurance, etc. are very important for a dancer. We can improve all of this through exercise. But going to the gym without proper understanding can cause harm to the body. Therefore, a dancer must have a broad understanding of exercise.
Ex:
• Start the dance after warming up.
• Increase the number of times a day you do not do the same exercise over and over again.
• Continue training without stopping once you get to where you want to be.
• Warm down exercise after exercise.
It is important for a dancer to be aware of these factors. Otherwise various accidents may occur to the body.
